Guiness St Patrick’s Day Terms & Conditions
- The prize draw opens for entries on the 9th March 2010. The closing date for entries is 27th March 2010.
- The prize draw is open to all Great Britain residents aged 18 or over. The prize draw excludes employees and immediate families of the promoter, Nisa Supermarkets or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- Entries are limited to one per customer per day. No third party entries will be accepted and multiple entries exceeding 30 per customer in total will be accepted.
- To enter the Guinness and Nisa Supermarket promotion customers will need to log onto www.nisatodaysfoodstores.com and complete the entry form. The, winner will be drawn under independent supervision and notified within 14 days of closing date and within five days either email or telephone call requesting details to enable prize delivery, which will be sent to the address provided on notification. The winner must confirm whether he or she wishes to claim the prize within 5 days of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.
- Incomplete entries or those not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
- The Promoters cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communication systems or networks that may result in an entry not being registered.
- The Guinness and Nisa prizes consist of one Guinness Mini Fridge.
- The winner should allow 28 working days for delivery of the prize from receipt of notification that he/she is a winner.
- No alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide similar prize of equal or greater value.
- Prize Winners may be required to take part in publicity.
- Winners’ names and counties will be available on www.nisatodaysfoodstores.com from 23rd April 2010.
- By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
- The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in participating in this promotion.
- The promotion and these terms are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
